Wilkesboro Dragway Honors Champions
Saturday night Wilkesboro Dragway honored it's 2017 season class of champions with their annual awards banquet held this year at "The Stone Center" in Wilksboro, NC.
In the Top ET, "The Monster Man" Mitchell McKinney bested Scotty Johnson by 4 points to bring home his first Championship and Clyde Mckinney, (Mitchell's Father) finished third, with Jonathon Hicks and Tim Church finishing forth and fifth.
Modified ET saw Neal Church go back to back defeating former WD Modified champion Dennis Coffey. Austin Greer, Wayne Ward, and ,Phillip Harrison also is a former 2 time champion, rounded out the top 5. Austin Greer also won the Rising Star award.
In Street, second generation driver Hayden Brewer outlasted Jerry Trivette, who had a great end of season winning streak, to take home his first ever championship. Trivette was followed by John Taylor, Bubba White, and Bobby Pendley.
The Jr. Dragster division saw Marissa Bickford best Trent Beasley,Corey Piper, Michael Oxentine, and Branson Hutchens to take her first Wilkesboro Dragway championship.

All parking places are to be paid in full by March 1st.
If not they will be available on a first come first serve bases.
The only way your spot is not available is if any one of our champions choose that as their spot for the year.
Also we are asking everyone that has a parking spot to call or text and let us know as soon as you know if you will not be coming on that day, that way others wont be struggling to find a spot.
